Old junk I came across. The freedom fest 4th of July concerts were a must every year in the 90's. Reference to blowing a tune called 'fred' (code word for fart), and megaphone man (a private joke all the guys know), and his card at CiCi's with "boneless" on it to mean he did not have a schlong... Silliness...
