Steve on top of one of the pyramids close to Mexico City '84.

Steve having a good time around the campfire.

Chad took this pic, and was making some smart remark here, which is why we are laughing so hard!

This was the view going the other direction down the beach from our hotel in Acapulco.

Surprise!

Steve and Martha. They made us wear a lot of pink on that trip...

Steph and Dee.

The two headed man...

Another goofy dad moment...Moco time!

This is the view from the hotel we stayed in at Sydney just up from Bondi beach (way before wide angle digital image stiching...)

All mushed out... I think Dee caught us trying to catch some zzzz's.

Banderas...

Man these Pyramids look puny compared to the ones in Egypt. I sure am glad you got to go there!

Dee and Amber back at Dee’s apartment in the late ‘80’s. Remember Gizmo the dog? (Whizmo…)

Where's my Harley?

Steve jokes about this one, "broke back mountain..."

Here's Dee looking patriotic.

To be fair, I had to put one of these in too (Toby and Kristen.)

This is one of Dee's glamor shots the day we all got these done.

This was the view of Bondi beach close to where we stayed in Sydney Australia. Back before the days of cool wide angle dig cameras & image stitching.

This was the view from the hotel in Acapulco (where Stevis walked the balcony ledge from our room to Dees!)

Dee's gonna regret letting me borrow these pics...

Hey, it's Lois again!

The Goatman fake newspaper story.

The kids at camp came up with the goatman thing: "he's half man, half goat, and half devil." Some of the counselors decided to play on it. I'd put a fur on my back and foil horns from the cafeteria. Steve and Rob Sawey were the "Goat patrol" and they'd chase Goatman (Toby) though the woods and cabins. Some of the kids were sceptical, so one of the other counselors created this article after the goatman pranks began. One night Steve and I were in my cabin talking about it with the kids, and one of them says, "I don't believe in goatman!" I replied, "have you ever heard of a Jack-a-lope?" Another kid chimes in "yeah my uncle shot one!" I then said, "do you understand anything about biology or genetic engineering?" Then another kid asks, "Is goatman where a man and a goat get together?" Steve and I are doing our best to keep a straight face and nod our heads "yes." Steve loses it a few minutes later and has to plant his head into a pillow on one of the upper bunk beds. The last day of camp when the kids discover I'm goatman, I am honored with water baloons and a swirly...

Steve at CiCi's.

As my mom would say "Mr. Steve!"

I'm almost out of these, but keep going back for the ones we were in.

Here's some of Dee's photos I've scanned and will be working in. This is at the courtyard of the Bitel Church in Mexico.

Dee's probably watching us when we went to the little kids restroom which was open on the top. "I guess they like having a view?" We were thinking, "hmmm, this is odd. Must be a Mexican custom to have open restrooms with a view out to public court yards..." Vero went to visit and ask for them to pray for you, and to this day they still remember us doing this and laugh about it!
